Materials

Due to our commitment to use only the finest quality materials, woods may vary based on availability. Natural colors of woods are enhanced by a clear finish.

Inventory

We have most products on hand and available for immediate shipping. Products designated as “special order” or “built to order” are custom built and require more time.

UPS Shipping Charges

A $15 packing charge is added to each UPS-shipped item. UPS shipping charges are calculated for each item separately as total weight over 150 pounds requires shipping by freight carrier.

Freight Shipping Charges

Freight Shipping Charges represent our best estimate at the time order is placed. Actual freight carrier charges may vary and we reserve the right to increase shipping charges as necessary to cover our cost.

If you wish to pick up your order at our Hartland, WI studio, please place your order by calling us at (262) 966-1012. All orders picked up at our studio are subject to Wisconsin sales tax of 5.1%.
